All these points are especially good. I have naturally come to embrace them in the last year.
Not working in the office has enabled me to think about my work schedule in a different way. I came to realize the times of day I am most efficient. I’m an early riser so that is now part of the schedule (as it always was). Also, my energy trends to drop sharply in mid-afternoon. It was this way working on office too. WFH enables me to take a high quality nap sometimes around 2:00 or 3:00. After 20–30 minutes (I set a timer), I awake refreshed and ready to finish my tasks for the day with a higher energy level. Now I am integrating my natural bio-clock into my day. I may never go back to a routine work from office schedule.
