I always wonder how retirees deal with the inevitable healthcare issues in a 3rd world country. While far from perfect, there's a lot of options for top quality care and specialists where I live. Can you count on that in a developing country? I assume you need some kind of health and Rx insurance. No? Or do you just pay out of pocket for everything?
