I wonder whether the Nordic, or even NATO, countries have an agreement and infrastructure in place to coordinate forces from different countries towards unified strategic goals. Would countries be willing to subordinate high level strategic command to a military leader from another country (I.e. Like General Eisenhower in WW2)?
