I would like to think that the only logistical support to Russia is internal. Unfortunately, this is not the case. Russia has at its disposal support from North Korean and Chinese sources. I don't know that the logistics balance will change much as the west kicks up production. I suspect that as the Russians become more desperate for supplies, the Chinese will fill the gap (at some heavy cost I'm sure).
