Let me say up front that I hate Trump and only wish what you're saying is true. However, I give the devil his due. He's a master of the stall and has been doing this his whole life. It's unbridled optimism to think he can't continue to throw out roadblocks that will delay things until the day he dies. He doesn't have to win. He just needs to keep kicking the can down the road with "no decision."
