Nothing world please me more than to see the Trump team go down in flames. However, it is of no help for the Dems to get more votes in states that they were going to win anyway. It's about the electoral college where the swing states are key. The Harris ticket needs to merely keep the Dem states (even with fewer popular votes) and win more swing states (even with the slimest of margins). Of course, a crushing Dem win in swing states (including flipping the house and retaining the Senate) may be enough to shift the Republicans away from the MAGA crew for good.
